ORD ANCE NO. 5499 AN ORDNANCE AMENDNG ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMFNDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY MMS CONSULTANTS, INC., ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M -2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 416,678 SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSE, OFFICE, AND MAINTENANCE BUILDINGS, LOCATED EAST OF 1994 NEWELL STREET. BE IT ORDAIN IOWA AS FOLLOWS: ED BY THE CITY CO CIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, Section 1.
