SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day
of July, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will be
held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
DGOGWaterlooia10032018, LLC, (Dollar
General) of West Plains, Missouri, to
vacate 1.47 acres of City right-of-way
located northeast of the Martin Luther
King, Jr. Drive and Idaho Street Intersec-
tion, legally described as follows:
