Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day
of July, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will be
held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
