AN ORDINANCE VACATING PROPERTY ONCE DEDICATED
FOR STREET PURPOSES GENERALLY PARALLELING
AIRPORT BOULEVARD, SOUTH OF THE BOY SCOUT
BUILDING IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following property:
Deward-Felcher Industrial Park, Waterloo; a part of the fifty
( 50) ft. side strip of land dedicated for street purposes,
lying easterly and adjacent to Lot 3, described as the South
90. 5 ft. of the North 340. 5 ft. ,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above the
above described parcel, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: January 18, 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: January 18 , 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: January 18, 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of

the Mayor on the 20th day of January, 1994.
