AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 4) SOUTH STREET OF
SECTION 566, TWO HOUR PARKING-BETWEEN 8:00
A.M. AND 4 :00 P.M. ; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 3 ) SOUTH STREET OF
SECTION 567, FOUR HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 4) South Street of Section 566, Two Hour Parking-
Between 8: 00 a.m. and 4: 00 p.m. , of the 1991 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection ( 3 ) South
Street of Section 567 , Four Hour Parking, of the 1991 Traffic Code,
is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 3) South Street South side from West Park Avenue to West
Fourth Street

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: March 21 , 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: March 21, 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 21st day of March,
1994, and approved by the Mayor this 23rd day of March, 1994.
