AN ORDINANCE REDUCING A PORTION OF THE 30 FOOT
PLATTED BUILDING LINE GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SOUTHBROOKE DRIVE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
The 30 foot platted building line on the northerly side of
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 , Southbrooke Second Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby reduced to 20 feet.
INTRODUCED: May 9, 1994
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: May 9, 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: May 9, 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: May 9 , 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of May, 1994, and approved by the
Mayor this 11th day of May, 1994.
