AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIVE FOOT DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENTS GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF PHEASANT LANE BETWEEN OLYMPIC
DRIVE AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted drainage and utility
easements:
A 10 . 00 foot drainage and utility easement lying 5 . 0 feet
Northwesterly and Southeasterly of the following described
line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 139; thence
Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 139 a
distance of 212. 14 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot
139; all in Granger' s Second Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, except the Southerly and Westerly 8. 00 feet
thereof,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
