AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EIGHT FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENTS GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY LOT LINE OF LOTS 6 AND 7 , THE
NORTHERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 4, AND THAT PORTION
OF THE WESTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 5 ADJACENT TO
LOT 6 IN SOUTHBROOKE SECOND ADDITION IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
A 16. 00-foot utility easement lying 8 . 0 feet Northerly and
Southerly of the following described line: Beginning from the
Southwest corner of Lot 7 ; thence Southeasterly a distance of
195. 51 feet along the Southerly lines of Lot 6 and Lot 7 to
the Southeast corner of Lot 6, all in Southbrooke Second
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
