ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 52 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 51, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Fifty-two ( 52) .
"52 .
Lots 8, 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 and 13 and that portion of the vacated
east-west alley adjoining said lots, all in Rose Hill Re-Plat,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District be and the same hereby zoned as "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning in accordance with the site plan as above
described. "
Section 2. That the Acting Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
