AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 262) MULBERRY STREET OF
SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 262) MULBERRY STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 35) W. FOURTH STREET OF
SECTION 553 , NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 35)

REPEALING SECTION 555, NO PARKING HERE TO
TRACKS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW

SECTION 559 , 10 MINUTE PARKING; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 3) FOURTH
ST. WEST OF SECTION 559 , 10 MINUTES PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 262) Mulberry Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 262) Mulberry Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 262) Mulberry Street North and northeast sides from Lane
Street to E. 11th Street; south side
from Elm Street to Rhey Street;
southwest side from E. 11th Street
to E. 7th Street; northeast side in
the 400 and 800 blocks
That Subsection ( 35) W. Fourth Street of Section 553 , No
Parking Here to Corner, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection ( 35) W. Fourth
Street of Section 553 , No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1991
Misc /traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:

That Section 555, No Parking Here to Tracks, of the 1991
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Section 555, No Parking Here to Tracks, of the 1991 Traffic Code,
is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
SEC. 555. NO PARKING HERE TO TRACKS
When signs are erected giving notice thereof , no person sh4l1
park any vehicle between the tracks and a sign designating "No
Parking Here to Tracks" upon any of the streets or portions thereof
as named herein:
( 1) Fifth Street (West) Southeast side in the 300 block
( 2) Mulberry Street South side in the 800 block
That Subsection ( 3) Fourth Street West of Section 559, 10
Minute Parking, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection ( 3) Fourth Street West of Section
559, 10 Minute Parking, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
( 3 ) Fourth St. (W) East side in the 100 block in drop-
off zone; east side in the 200 block
from Jefferson Street to alley north
of Jefferson Street.
