Members present: Jacobs, Morrissey, Feuss, Klein, Amos, Schmitt, and Juon. Absent: Jacobs,
Feuss
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Amos that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Five. Motion carried.
Objective: Van tour to the Hawkeye Community College student home construction project,
located at 219 Newell.
Council returned at 4:23 p.m.
Objective: Changes to Title 1 of the city code.
Kelley Felchle provided an overview of the proposed changes to the Rules of Procedure in
Chapter 1 of the Waterloo City Code.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt seconded by Feuss that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:13 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
