Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that the project budget amendment for the Police Department Canine Project, using revenue collected in prior years of $4,000 to pay for additional training, submitted by the Police Department, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that the project budget for the Hotel Motel Partnership grant in the amount of $25,000, to be used for marketing expenses, as submitted by the Cultural & Arts department, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Juon seconded by Jacobs that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable Invoice Report, dated July 15, 2019, in the amount of $1,311,118.16 be received, placed on file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: three. Motion carried. With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs that the meeting be adjourned at 5:19 p.m. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
