RESOLUTION NO. 2001-395 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF 21.20 FOOT PORTION OF WESTERN AVENUE GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN JOHNSON AVENUE AND PLEASANT STREET AND 16.20 FOOT PORTION OF WEST 6TH STREET GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN LOCUST STREET AND PLEASANT STREET TO THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR $1.00, PLUS COSTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A DEED FOR SAME.
