RESOLUTION NO. 2019-529
RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
VESSCO INC., OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $32,147.50, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH PURCHASING EQUIPMENT FOR CLEANING THE
EASTON AERATION BASIN 2, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated July 15, 2019, between Vessco, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $32,147.50, in conjunction with
purchasing equipment for cleaning the Easton Aeration Basin 2, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July 2019.
