RESOLUTION NO. 2019-530
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BRECKE MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS OF DUBUQUE, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $17,799.48, TO PROVIDE CLEANING
SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS FOR
THE METHANE/NATURAL GAS BOILERS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 15, 2019, between Brecke Mechanical
Contractors of Dubuque, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$17,799.48, to provide cleaning services for a period of twelve (12) months for the
Methane/Natural Gas Boilers, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July 2019.
