AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF STREET
RIGHT OF WAY ADJOINING SOUTH BARCLAY STREET IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described street right of way:
All that part of Lots 6 and 7 , in Alford, Gates and Krapfel' s
Subdivision, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying within
the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 6 , which
point is 23 . 5 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot
6 ; thence North to the Northwest corner of said Lot 7 ; thence
East along the North line of said Lot 7 a distance of 25 . 8
feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lots 7
and 6 a distance of 75 .0 feet; thence West to the point of
beginning; containing approximately 1, 875 sq. ft. , all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property.
