AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIVE ( 5) FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
SOUTH LOT LINE OF 517 CRESTON AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thatthe following described utility easement:
The southerly 5 feet of Lot 2, Major Orr' s Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: July 11, 1994
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 11 , 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 11 , 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 11 , 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
