M ORDINANCE NO. 4028
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND ALEXANDRA DRIVE
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 ) of Section Two
( 2) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range Thirteen West
(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at point on the West line of Alexandra Drive which
is One Hundred ( 100. 00) feet North of the Northeast corner of
Lot Four (4) , Southtown; thence S89°26 ' 30"W Four Hundred Nine
and Thirteen Hundredths ( 409. 13 ) feet to the most
Northwesterly corner of Land Deed 560-143 and point of
beginning; thence continuing S89°26 ' 30"W One Hundred Twenty-
five and Forty-six Hundredths ( 125 . 46) feet; thence

shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
