AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 186) JOHNSON STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 186) JOHNSON STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 186 ) Johnson Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 186) Johnson Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 186 ) Johnson Street South and southwest side from
Williston Avenue to W. 6th Street;
north side from Western Avenue to
Baltimore Street
INTRODUCED: August 1, 1994
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 1, 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 1, 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 1 , 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 1st day of August,
1994, and approved by the Mayor Pro Tem this 3rd day of August,
1994 .
