AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC' CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 366 ) SUMNER STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 366 ) SUMNER STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 366 ) Sumner Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 366) Sumner Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all Times
on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
( 366 ) Sumner Street South side from East Fourth Street
to Mobile Street; north side from
East Fourth Street to Linn Street
INTRODUCED: August 8, 1994
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 8 , 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 8, 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 8, 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 8th day of August,
1994 , and approved by the Mayor this 10th day of August, 1994 .
