AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT
( 8) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF LOT 8, IN SOUTHBROOKE
SECOND ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easement:
The northerly 4 feet of the southerly 8 feet, except the
westerly 5 feet, of Lot 8, Southbrooke Second Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 22 , 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 22, 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 22 , 1994
