ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 56 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 4017 IN
ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 55, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Fifty-six ( 56) .
"56 .
Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 and that portion of the vacated
east-west alley adjacent to said lots, all in Block 2, Rose
Hill Re-Plat, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning, as above
described."
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 4017 be and the same is hereby
rescinded in its entirety due to an error in the legal description.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
