HomeMy WebLinkAbout4039-09/19/1994 ORDINANCE NO. 4039 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 58 TO SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 57, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Fifty-eight ( 58) . "58 . Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14 , Township 89, Range 13 , thence West 264 feet, thence South 706. 5 feet, thence East 264 feet, thence North 706. 5 feet to the point of beginning, except the North 521. 5 feet and the West 132 . 8 feet, all in unplatted Waterloo East, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One & Two Family Residence District be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional as above described, subject to the following conditions: 1 . There shall be no further expansion of the business, with the site to remain as shown on the site plan on file in the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission' s office. 2 . The existing 8 foot privacy fence on the north side of the above described property shall be maintained so as to completely screen any industrial activity from the adjoining residence to the north. 3 . No other materials or items shall be stored on the premises, except wooden pallets. 4 . Hours of operation shall be from no earlier than 7 : 00 a.m. to no later than 7 : 00 p.m. , Monday through Saturday. 5. Access shall be granted onto the property at 406 Litchfield Avenue to all those utilities with facilities on the property. " Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
