AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EASTERLY 141 FEET OF
THE EAST-WEST ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
N. BARCLAY STREET AND PEEK STREET, NORTH OF
NEWELL STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of the 14 foot wide east-west alley lying South
of and adjacent to Lot 7 , Block 1, in Peek' s Second Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: October 3 , 1994
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 3, 1994
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 3, 1994
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 3 , 1994
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 3rd day of October, 1994, and approved by
the Mayor on the 5th day of October, 1994.
