RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM KOINONIA MINISTRIES
FULL BAPTIST CHURCH, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ANNUAL CHURCH AND FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD
PICNIC, TO BE HELD AT 2222 FALLS AVENUE ON JULY 28,
2019 FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., INCLUDING MUSIC,
SINGING AND CHILDREN'S GAMES.
WHEREAS, Koinonia Ministries Full Gospel Baptist Church is requesting a variance to
the Noise Ordinance on July 28, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in conjunction with a annual
picnic, to be held at 2222 Falls Avenue, including music, singing and children's games, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094,Noise Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Koinonia Ministries Full Gospel Baptist Church, for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance on July 28, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in conjunction
with an annual picnic, to be held at 2222 Falls Avenue, including music, singing and children's
games, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July 2019.
