RESOLUTION NO. 2019-552
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS & SUPPLY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $265,612.93,
FOR THE FY 2017 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 7
AND TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 914, AND RECEIVE
AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 7 and Trail Repairs, Contract
No. 914, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply, has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$265,612.93.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by B & B Builders & Supply, at a total cost of $265,612.93, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 7 and Trail Repairs, Contract
No. 914, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July 2019.
