ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 59 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 58, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Fifty-nine (59).
"59.
The South 50' of the East 53' of Lot 62, and all of Lots 63
and 64, all in Auditor Rainbow's Plat of Bicksler's Addition
(vacated) and adjoining unplatted property, in the City of
Waterloo, except that part of said Lot 64 deeded to the City
of Waterloo, Iowa recorded in Deed Book 438, Page 515, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2", One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C -Z", Conditional Zoning District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
