ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 60 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 59, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Sixty (60).
"60.
All of Lot 6, except the Sputh 3 feet, in Block 4, Cowins
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2", One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C -Z", Conditional Rezoning as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
