ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 61 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 60, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Sixty-one (61).
"61.
All of Lot 2, except the north 3 feet, in Block 12, Lane &
Fowler's Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3", Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-
Z", Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A parking lot with a minimum of three (3) parking spaces,
shall be hard surfaced, by July 1, 1995 for the proposed
beauty shop.
2. The beauty shop shall meet all commercial building code
regulations.
3. The future use of the property shall be restricted to a
beauty shop, with no more than one (1) operator.
4. The normal hours of operations for the beauty shop shall
be from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
5. The maintenance of the alley that will serve as an access
to the parking lot shall be the responsibility of the
adjoining property owners."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
