Enclosed please find Change Order No. 2 for the above -referenced project. The purpose of this change order is
to power and control sump pumps in the metering manhole and the control valve manhole from the Blower Building
at the Satellite Plant and via SCADA system. The contract documents called for a control cabinet that would no
longer be required as controls would be routed to the Blower Building.
It is recommended to move forward with this Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $10,078.83. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please let us know. Thank you.

You are directed to make the following changes in the Contract Documents. Description:
Add new conduit and wiring to run and control the sump pumps from the blower building in lieu of controlling them via local control
cabinet. Deduct the costs for the control cabinet as originally indicated in the contract documents.
Addition for Conduit and Wiring $11,328.83
Deduct for Control Cabinet $( 1,250.00)
NET ADD $10,078.83
Reason for Change Order:
The purpose of the change is to power and control the sump pumps in the metering manhole and the control valve manhole from the
Blower Building at the Satellite Plant and via SCADA system. The contract documents called for a control cabinet that would no
longer be required as controls would be routed to the Blower Building. A deduct is included for the cabinet.
