MENTS GENERALLY LOCATED
ON EITHER SIDE OF THE
NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT
23 IN AUDUBON PARK FOURTH
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, that the following
described utility easements:
The platted 8 foot utility easement
lying southerly of and adjacent to
the north line of Lot Twenty-three
(23), Audubon Park Fourth
Addition, Waterloo;
also:
That portion of the platted 8 toot
utility easement lying northerly of
and adjacent to the southwesterly
line of Lot One (1), Audubon Park
Fifth Addition, except that part tying
easterly of a line drawn from a point
which is fifty-four (54) feet I
Northeasterly along the
Northwesterly line of Lot One (1),
Audubon Park Fifth Addition, from
the Southwest corner of said Lot
One (1), Audubon Park Fifth
Addition, thence Southeasterly in
a straight line to the northeast cor-
ner of Lot Twenty-three (23),
Audubon Park 4th Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same are hereby
vacated.
