Moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice vote

Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that project budget for the Byrnes Justice Assistance
Grant for the Tri -County Task Force funded with a federal grant in the amount of $195,640 with
$101,657 to be used by the City of Waterloo and $93,383 to be used by other agencies, as
submitted by the Police Department, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Mr. Morrissey requested an explanation of the supporting documentation.
Dan Trelka, Chief of Police, explained that the city is a pass through for the other entities
participating in the program. He explained that the Waterloo property taxes support the
Waterloo officers participating in the program.
Moved by Juon seconded by Jacobs that refund request in the amount of $56.35 for garbage
collection fees billed in error on a property located at 3624 Logan Avenue, be approved. Voice
vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Jacobs that refund request in the amount of $93 for extended yard
waste fees paid in error on a property located at 1701 Corning Avenue, be approved. Voice vote
- Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Jacobs that refund request in the amount of $166.73 for yard waste
can and extended yard waste fees paid in error on a property located at 126 Lobdell Road, be
approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Jacobs that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable
Invoice Report, dated August 12, 2019, in the amount of $2,015,962.72 be received, placed on
file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:22 p.m. Voice vote - Ayes: Three Motion carried.
