AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (d) OF SECTION 3-32, SIGN
PAINTERS AND ERECTORS; LICENSES REQUIRED;
EXCEPTION; LICENSE FEES; ERECTOR'S BOND
REQUIRED; AMOUNT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOND
OF ARTICLE III, SIGNS, OF CHAPTER 3,
ADVERTISING AND SIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (d) of Section 3-32, Sign painters and erectors;
licenses required; exception; license fees; erector's bond
required; amount, terms and conditions of bond of Article III,
Signs, of Chapter 3, Advertising and Signs, of the 1993 Code of
Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of January,
1995, and approved by the Mayor this 5th day of January, 1995.
