AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (130) FOURTH ST. (W) OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (130) FOURTH ST. (W)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS;
AND BY ALSO ADDING A NEW SECTION 572A, NO
PARKING ANY TIME EXCEPT SUNDAY FROM 7:00 A.M.
TO 12:00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (130) Fourth St. (W) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(130) Fourth St. (W) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(130) Fourth St. (W) Northwest side from Kingsley Avenue to
Kimball Avenue; northwest side from Moir
Street to Arden Street; two zones on
northwest side in 400 block; southeast
side from Washington to South; south and
southeast side from Grant to Kimball
Avenue; both sides from Kimball Avenue to
southerly corporate limits, except for
two Sunday only zones near Zion Lutheran
Church
That a new Section 572A, No Parking Any Time Except Sunday from
7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., is hereby added to the 1991 Traffic Code
as follows:
SEC. 572A. NO PARKING ANY TIME EXCEPT SUNDAY FROM 7:00 A.M. TO
12:00 P.M.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle at any time except
Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. within the district and upon
any of the streets or portions thereof as named herein:

(1) Fourth St. (W) Southeast side from Graceline Boulevard to
Lovejoy Avenue; northwest side from Head
Hunter Parking Lot to Arden Street
