WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
t'o ., prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Three (3) John Deere 4-Wheel
Drri_ye Utility Tractors With Attachments, in the City of Waterloo,
Tdwa, and
-_ WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
,IDre_liminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
far the Purchase of Three (3) John Deere 4-Wheel Drive Utility
- T=ractors With Attachments, which were preliminarily approved on
D-acember 1, 2008 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 22, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
7-WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Three (3) John Deere
4-Wheel Drive Utility Tractors With. Attachments, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day f D cember, 2008 .
