RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
TENNANT S30 SWEEPER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
he :tofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
: t6: .-prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) Tennant S30 Sweeper,
-ih, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
-far.,, the Purchase of One (1) Tennant S30 Sweeper, which were
4-i-Teeiminarily approved on December 8, 2008, and
� �- WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
`December 22, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) Tennant S30
Sweeper, in the City of Waterloox , Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed. .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2008 .
