c WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Th retofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
7:said _City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
--of. contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One ( 1) Current Model Year
TSngIe Axle Dump Truck with 12-Foot Box, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
-preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Purchase of One (1) Current Model Year Single Axle Dump
_Tru-Ck with 12-Foot Box, which were preliminarily approved on
-December 8, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 22, 2008, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the PurGias4. of One (1) Current Model
Year Single Axle Dump Truck with 12-Foot Box, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2008 .
