o-� RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
n; PURCHASE OF ONE (1) CURRENT MODEL YEAR SINGLE
AXLE DUMP TRUCK WITH 12-FOOT BOX.

s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1132, specifications, bid
rdQcument, form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1)
`Current Model Year Single Axle Dump Truck with 12-Foot Box, in
c t e City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
;:j.his Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
i so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
_approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day f December, 2008 .
