RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE
- cv ROTTINGHAUS AND DIRECTING. EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

Q BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated December 22, 2008, at a cost of
$90 . 00 per acre, to farm approximately 11 acres of land generally
located along the east side of Northeast Drive between Martin
Luther King Jr. Drive and Independence Avenue, by and between Lee
Rettinghaus and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
:hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized
oto execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day ► December, 2008 .
