that the Mutual Assignment of FCC Licenses/Reconfiguration
Y Certifications dated December 22, 2008, in conjunction with the
`- Sprint/Nextel 800 MHz Switchover project, by and between Nextel
Wept Corp. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
'Thereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
= same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
