c, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application for grant funding in the amount of
$109, 100 . 00, to be used for support of a new satellite Phelps
Youth Pavilion and Waterloo Center For The Arts' mission and
collections, by and between the Black Hawk County Gaming
Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
;_; .same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2008 .
