RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENDING EXISTING

c-2n WHEREAS, plumbing and HVAC licensing for masters and
journeymen will be taken over by the State of Iowa effective July
1, 2009, and

WHEREAS, the Building Official is requesting an extension of
ti City of Waterloo existing plumbing and HVAC licenses to June 30,
2009 to cover the period between January 1, 2009 through June 30,
2009 .
tk-J NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that existing City of Waterloo plumbing and HVAC
licenses be hereby extended to June 30, 2009 to cover the period
of January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of De tuber, 2008 .
