BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c.-that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 22, 2008, for
- case closure reimbursements for the period of July 1, 2008 to
-June 30, 2009, by and between Iowa Civil Rights Commission and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
