• ;_'7,1•43L72, WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
c ' -Contracts and Grants Coordinator, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc. , for General Obligation Bond Demolition Project,
Contract No. 162-D-GO-01-20-09, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
a: specified in the specifications, and

n WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said
plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2008 .
