- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
C AS FOLLOWS :

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
c Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of January, 2009,
_for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for General
Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 162-D-GO-01-20-
-. 09, ,x the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
7' notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
