BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Truck Country of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the
amount of $83, 163 . 00, for the Purchase of One (1) Current Model
Year Single Axle Dump Truck with 12-Foot Box, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 2009.
