C STORAGE BUILDING FOR WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
sH FACILITY, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
:that the contract of Prairie Construction Company of Waterloo,
Iowa, for Storage Building for Water Pollution Control Facility,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 5th day
of January, 2009, together with the accompanying bond for the
- faithful performance of said contract signed by United Fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and- the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 2009.
