x RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
n DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
c r EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s' ~ ` BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated January 12, 2009, for a grant in the
amount of $10, 000 . 00, with city match of $4, 285 . 00, for pavement
maintenance work at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between
c. the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
-Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2009 .
