BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated January 12, 2009, for Jumpstart Small
Business Assistance Program in the amount of $25, 000 . 00, by and
between La Chiquita, Inc. , 301-307 East 4th Street, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
