RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
HWILLARD FROST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
o AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated January 12, 2009, at a cost of
$2, 182 . 20, to farm approximately 29 acres of land generally
located near the Northeast Industrial Park, just west of
Northeast Drive between Newell Street and Martin Luther King Jr.
G Drive, by and between Willard Frost of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
- the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2009.
